Living Eggs at Southbroom Infants
We are really 'eggcited' to announce that our chick eggs arrived at Southbroom Infants on Tuesday 6th May. The children are waiting in anticipation for the first egg to hatch over the next couple of days. We will keep you updated on our eggs and chicks progress over the next couple of weeks via this page.
Now that all of our eggs have hatched, the chicks have moved to their bigger chick pen. The children have thoroughly enjoyed looking after the chicks and learning all about the life cycle of an egg. The children have also been practicing their drawing and writing skills by creating different pieces of work based on the chicks through their independent learning time.
